Clear Summit has been providing high quality Gutter Cleaning and Window Cleaning services to the Portland area for over 10 years.
“Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?”
Of course! We have all the necessary licensing as well as high end insurance to give our customers and ourselves peace of mind.
“How much do you charge?”
We don’t have any set prices. Each home is unique and we provide FREE quotes to our customers to ensure the most fair pricing. Some companies charge a “per pane” price, but why would you pay the same amount for a small first floor window as you would for a tricky third story big window?
“Do you guys take any safety measures?”
Absolutely. Safety is the top priority within our crew. We use ladder stabilizers, harnesses, as well as high quality gloves and eye wear. We are accident free and intend to stay that way.
“How often should I get my gutters cleaned?”
It’s important to get your gutters cleaned at least once per year before or during the rainy season. Overflowing gutters can cause major damage to your home and it’s foundation. Living in the PNW, some houses have many more tree’s around them than others. Those properties may require 2-3 gutter cleanings per year.
“When is the best time to get my gutters cleaned?”
Typically the best time will be after the leaves have fallen from around your property, however if you notice overflow you need to take care of this right away. Our busiest time of the year is November - January, so make sure to get on our schedule quickly!
“What precautions do you take when working inside of my house”
When working inside of your house we’ll be sure to use shoe covers, and clean up any mess that may result in our window cleaning work. We want to leave your property cleaner than when we got there.
